Use of the shop-le-salon.fr website implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, and users of the shop-awards.fr site are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

This site is normally accessible to users at all times. However, INFOPRO DIGITAL TRADE SHOWS may decide to interrupt the site for technical maintenance, in which case it will endeavor to inform users of the dates and times of the intervention in advance.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

INFOPRO DIGITAL TRADE SHOWS cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the shop-awards.fr site, resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

INFOPRO DIGITAL TRADE SHOWS collects and processes mainly the following personal data: surname, first name, address, gender, company to which you belong, your functions or titles, email address, telephone number.

WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR DATA

– Enable your participation in our events (workshops, trade shows, training courses, competitions) (Article 6 (1)(b) of the RGPD) and communication with you in this regard ;

– To enable the legitimate interests of INFOPRO DIGITAL TRADE SHOWS to be fulfilled where the data is necessary for us to conduct our business, including the promotion of our services and marketing at the point of sale in particular through direct marketing communications, information on forthcoming events, training, the provision of statistics and performance analysis (article 6 (1)(f). In such cases, INFOPRO DIGITAL TRADE SHOWS strives to maintain a balance between the need to process your data and the preservation of your rights and freedoms, including the right to respect for personal data.
TO WHOM WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA

Your personal data will be used exclusively by INFOPRO DIGITAL TRADE SHOWS AND SNMPV-SHOP! France. We do not sell them to anyone. We communicate them to some of our trusted partners for the execution of our services and events. We ensure that these partners do not use your data for any other purpose. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We keep your personal data for the longer of the following two periods: either until the data subject exercises his or her right to erasure by INFOPRO DIGITAL TRADE SHOWS, or for a period of 10 years.

The personal data you provide when registering for our events, training courses and workshops is stored in a database hosted by our partner Message Business, a French company that hosts its data in a secure environment in compliance with legislation. You can access your data easily via your personal account.

If you do not wish to receive our communications, you can specify this by creating your account in Message business, unchecking the box “I agree to receive SHOP! Awards Paris newsletters”.

If you subsequently change your mind, go to “Your account”, the link displayed on all our pages, and modify the “Send information” field.

If, despite our efforts, you are not satisfied with our responses to your questions about the management of your personal data, you can lodge an appeal with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés, either by post to CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715 Paris Cedex 07, or by e-mail to www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.

The SHOP! AWARDS PARIS website (www.shop-awards.fr and its extensions, hereinafter our “Site”) uses cookies.
